I got news back from Ellora's Cave that my submission of His Heart's Desire has passed the first review and is on it's way to sit on an acquiring editor's desk for who knows how long.
I know this doesn't sound like exciting news, but I'm completely happy to have dodged the *slush pile* on my first attempt. In and of itself, this is an accomplishment, I've been told. We'll see how the rest go.
I'm currently 21K words into Cloak of Knight which will be submitted to Samhain. I'm running out of word space though, and haven't gotten the main characters into bed yet. *sigh*
